What’s included in a Paris picnic package
Every picnic package from Events in Paris is a walk-in-ready setup. We arrive early, arrange everything at the location, and clean up when you’re done. You bring your guest — we bring the rest.

PACKAGES
Cherry Blossom Picnic
From €1,200
A seasonal setup at Parc de Sceaux during cherry blossom season (early–mid April). Pink blankets, cushions, Champagne, pastries, personalised macarons, and a decorated table with stemware and hydrangeas. Walk-in ready — we set up and clean up.
Best for: Couples, proposals during cherry blossom season, and group celebrations.
Season: Early to mid-April only.
Garden Picnic
From €1,750
A private setup for two in a Paris park or private garden. Ruinart Champagne, personalised macarons, artisanal cheese and pastry spread, silk florals, and framed photo prints of your choice. Blankets, cushions, and full tableware included.
Available add-ons: Fresh flowers, private Eiffel Tower-view terrace, live musician.
Proposal Picnic
From €2,500
A proposal-ready setup with a rose-petal path, candles (for evening bookings), Champagne, a full food spread, and silk floral arrangements. Available at Eiffel Tower-view locations, the Seine riverbank, or a private rooftop terrace.
Available add-ons: Photographer, videographer, live musician, transport (V-Class Mercedes).
FAQ
Where do Paris picnics take place?
Most setups are at Eiffel Tower-view locations including Trocadéro and Champ de Mars, but we also set up at private gardens, Seine-side spots, Parc de Sceaux (cherry blossom season), and private rooftop terraces. We recommend the best location based on your date and group size.
Do you handle everything?
Yes. We arrive before you, set up the full spread, and clean up after you leave. You show up at the agreed time and everything is ready.
Can I add a photographer?
Yes. A 60-minute photo shoot with 20 edited images delivered in 7 days is available as an add-on. We can also arrange videography.
Can I book a picnic as a proposal?
Yes. Our Proposal Picnic package (from €2,500) includes a rose-petal path, candles, and Champagne at an Eiffel Tower-view location. It’s designed for proposals and includes setup coordination so your partner doesn’t suspect a thing.
What if it rains?
We monitor the weather in the days before your booking. If conditions are poor, we’ll work with you to reschedule or move to a covered alternative.
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks minimum. For cherry blossom season or proposal setups, we recommend four weeks.
